It’s Pi Day! Happy Pi Day, everyone. I considered getting donuts, but I was too lazy to get out of the house. Damn, my laziness is protecting me from my fat-ass-ness. What’s up with that?
Went for a run: 30 minutes! That’s the longest this month. And, what’s more, I ran more than I thought I could. It seemed like every time I pushed myself, saying “Okay, just get to that lamppost and you don’t have to run anymore,” I would find that I WANTED to run farther. Yeah progress!!
Went for a run. Only 15 minutes, and not very hard, but something’s better than nothing!
JM today again. I really didn’t want to do it; I’ve been feeling really unmotivated and exhausted of late. I think for every day I don’t get in some exercise, though, it just gets worse. Anyways, I forced myself into a sports bra and gave it a go. I still had to cheat a little when doing push-ups.
I’ve been looking at myself in the mirror a lot more than usual. Recently my sis called me and told me she was down another pants size. She’s smaller than me now! I don’t know why that of all things really depressed me, but it did. I guess since I’ve always been one in better shape the sibling rivalry is coming out strong. I should be happy for her, but mostly I am sad for me. I’ve been working so hard to get in serious strength and cardio three times a week, and I haven’t been eating as much or as crappy as I used to, so why the heck is nothing changing?!?

Went on a late run (7:30PM). Everything was good, except I choked on my spit once. Luckily no one was around.
I am not positive, but I think I may be developing shin splints. When I ran last week, my legs were so sore I couldn’t walk comfortable the next day, but not in the good “I worked my ass off” kind of way. Uh-oh.
